Since USDA regulations prevent manufactures from importing fresh meat products,
the food industry now turns to Fabrique Délices to supply them with an exciting range
of specialty charcuterie items made in the US but respectful of French recipes and traditions.
Fabrique Délices is headquartered in Hayward, CA distributed throughout the US, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands,
