Casina Rossa Fiore & Salt - Italian Italian Salt with Flowers

Casina Rossa has combined that conveted Italian salt harvested in Cervia with a bouquet of fragrant flowers to create a truly unique and exceptional seasoning.

Fiore & Salt includes Chamomile flowers, Poppy flowers, Mallow, Marigold, Lime Tree (Linden) flowers, Hawthorne, Yarrow flower, wild Orange Peel, Flower Pollen, Heather and Lavender. Wow!

. Cervia Sea Salt is known for its 'sweetness", that is - its absence of bitter minerals and so it is excellent for finishing foods.

Primarily a finishing salt, sprinkle over fresh cheeses, white fish such as halibut, risotto, white bean soups.
