In Soliera, Province of Modena, the Maletti family has been producing quality Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale) for generations. Using carefully chosen basic ingredients without additives or enhancers of any kind, the Malettis produce an excellent six-year Balsamic Vinegar of Modena often mistaken for a much older vintage. With the wine and grape musts of selected Lambrusco and Trebbiano varietals, the aging is carefully accelerated in former French Allier oak barrels.
